Need Based Training at field level were conducted from 5th October 2018 to 11th October 2018 at different parts of Teliamura for the CBR staff. The Resource person was Mr. Suryanil Sengupta from SANCHAR Kolkata. The topics discussed in the training were; identify the gaps, achievement and process of Home Based Activity in CBR project. The training was conducted for 3 days in the field and 3 days at Field Office. The Resource Person explained practically on Home Based Education and Home Based Intervention. He also trained the staff on preparation of HI kits, appropriate chair measurement and getter and also prepared 1 special chair for a child with CP, 3 tables and 3 sets of getter were also prepared during the need based training. .
