The peace staff conducted training on Leadership skills with the Holy Cross College, Agartala on 27th April 2019. The resource person was Fr. Lourdu and there were 53 participants from Holy Cross College Agartala who attended the training. The resource person shared 6 leadership behavior which are (i) Think critically (ii) Solve problems (iii) Respect people (iv) Communicate skillfully (v) Set goals, share a vision and (vi) Develop self & others. He also shared about the 4 E leadership by Jack Welch which are Energy, Energizers, Edge and Execute.
